Once again it’s time for the Georgia Renaissance Festival. Those of you who have joined our coven for these yearly trips to the realm known as Fairburn, GA. for this yearly fest of fun, frolicking, fighting, and feudalism–and that’s just in the carriage ride up to the fairgrounds–know that this is a coven event not to be missed.

The fair runs on the weekends from April 16/17 through June 4/5. Advance ticket purchases (that means tickets bought by April 17) are $16.95/person or  $6.95 for children 5 to 12 years old. Children 5 and under are free (we plan to give away several ourselves.) That’s a savings of either $3 or $2 per ticket respectively.

Another bargain is If we attend the opening weekend (April 16/17). On that weekend tickets are two for one. You’ll pay the full price of $19.95/ticket and receive one free adult admission or buy one child admission and receive another child admission ticket for free.

Given our past experiences I believe the best deal is the two-for-one opening weekend deal. Our coven went last year on opening weekend and had a great time.

If you’re interested in attending the Renaissance Faire, please get in touch with a coven member through our website by using our contact page at http://circleofthedarkmoon.org/contactus.asp or contact the site administrator via our wytcheboard forums. You should check the forums anyway and vote in the poll there for your choice of weekend and weekend day to attend the Renaissance Faire.

Even if you’re not a member of the Circle of the Dark Moon, but would still like to attend, contact us anyway–you’re more than welcome to join us and what better way to get to know our coven than to spend a day with some of our members.
